“Heide” is a 24hours happening and theatre project by Maika Knoblich & Hendrik Quast

Its world premiere will be on the 17th of may 2012 at Theater Kikker, during the opening night of Festival aan de Werf in Utrecht/The Netherlands.

Within 24 hours the happening “Heide” runs through a whole cycle of life of a heathland with four sheep in an inside theatre space.

Starting Thursday 17th of may 18:00 running till Friday 18th of may 18:00

Two artists are bringing soil, sand, heather, and even real sheep into Theater Kikker to build a landscape together with the audience. This is alternated with shared activities such as knitting a huge curtain for Theater Kikker.
